This refreshing, dairy-free sorbet comes together in minutes using frozen berries and a few simple pantry staples.
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen blueberries (plus extra for topping, if desired)
- ½ cup water
- Zest and Juice from 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp honey
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Blend: Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree for about 30 seconds, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Freeze: Pour the smooth sorbet into a loaf pan or a deep glass container. Cover tightly and place in the freezer for at least one hour to firm up.
