Boiled Cider Vinaigrette

1 ½ cups peanut oil

1/2 cup apple vinegar

1/2 tbsp of sugar

¾  cup of boiled apple cider** (recipe below)

½  tsp salt

Mix well and serve

How to boil apple cider

Take one gallon of Mercier Orchards apple cider and boil on medium heat for 3 hours. We like to cover the pot loosely with tin foil. After about 3 hours begin to watch closely for 15 minutes. The cider will begin to foam. Remove from heat. 
You will begin to see the cider thicken into a syrup. As it cools will begin to thicken

Should yield about 1 ½ cups of boiled cider
