U-Pick Update Fall 2021

Unfortunately, due to a staff shortage and a harsh freeze in April, which affected most of the orchards in North Georgia, we will not be offering Apple U-Pick this year as we have in previous years.

However, you are welcome to walk in the orchard with your family on weekends. We ask that guests do not walk in the orchard on weekdays as our crews are out working in the orchard Monday through Friday. We also ask that you do not drive into the orchard.

If you come across an apple that catches your eye, you are welcome to pick it but we ask that you only pick ONE. Please be sure to leave the rest for the families coming behind you. We want to make sure other families have the same opportunity to enjoy our orchard.

Our commercial orchards were not hit as hard, and we will be working with other small farmers in order to provide a variety of apples for purchase in the Market. We hope to see you soon!

Our U-Pick events are popular with everybody! It’s an opportunity to pick your own fruit in our orchard here in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
