Cranberry Pecan Cookies

1 ¾ cup Butter

2 cups Brown sugar 

1 ¾ cup Granulated sugar 

4 Eggs

4 cups All-purpose flour 

1 tsp Salt 

2 tsp Baking soda 

2 tsp Baking powder 

4 cups Oats 

4 cups Cranberries 

2 cups Pecans


  1. Cream butter and sugars (brown and granulated)
  2. Mix in eggs, flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and oats.
  3. Gently fold in cranberries and pecans
  4. Roll and freeze. Cut about 1-inch thick slice
  5. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
