Ingredients
3 cups All Purpose Flour sifted
3 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Sugar
1 (12oz) Hard Cider — we used Grumpy Granny
¼ cup butter melted
Instructions
- Mix all your dry ingredients with hard cider (the mix will be a sticky dough)
- Place dough into a well-greased loaf pan
- Drizzle a little bit of the melted butter on top before baking
- Bake at 350 F for 50 min
- If desired drizzled the rest of the melted butter across the top of the loaf before serving
