Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 Stick Of Butter
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Cups Oats
  • 2 Cups Cranberries
  • 1 Cup Pecans

Instructions: Yields 3 Dozen

  1. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined
  2. Add the eggs and mix until well blended. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until well incorporated
  5. Gently fold in cranberries, oats, and pecans
  6. Roll and freeze for 1 hour
  7. Cut cookies into 1-inch thick slices and place on baking sheet
  8. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes
