Ingredients
- 1 1/3 Stick Of Butter
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 Cups Oats
- 2 Cups Cranberries
- 1 Cup Pecans
Instructions: Yields 3 Dozen
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined
- Add the eggs and mix until well blended. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until well incorporated
- Gently fold in cranberries, oats, and pecans
- Roll and freeze for 1 hour
- Cut cookies into 1-inch thick slices and place on baking sheet
- Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes
