At Mercier Orchards, not only do we grow apples, we take those apples and we craft something truly special – our hard ciders and wines! It’s a proud tradition rooted in the heart of our orchard, where we transform our sun-kissed fruit into delightful beverages.

Our love for local flavors extends beyond apples though. We craft ciders with Georgia grown strawberries and blueberries, capturing the essence of summer. 

From our classic “Old #3”, bursting with crisp apple flavor, to the sweet, summery “Just Peachy”, we offer hard ciders for every palate. Seeking a unique twist? Our “Sneaky Jack” boasts a smooth, bourbon-infused finish.

Winery

Did you know that we craft our own delicious wines right here on the farm? That’s right, we make all sorts of fruity house creations including Apple wines, blackberry Wines, and strawberry wines. Delight in the nuances of each pour, discover your new favorite varietal, and uncover the stories behind each one of our farm favorites. Each wine is delicious and sweet and not to brag, but people love them!

In addition to these delicious fruit wines, we carry a wide variety of some of the best wines available from local vineyards here in Blue Ridge and the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or a curious newcomer, our welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable staff will ensure a delightful experience.

Dog Friendly Deck

Our outdoor options for pets include the Hard Cider deck and our pond where you are welcome to walk with your pet. Service Dogs are welcome in our Market/Orchard and are covered by the American Disabilities Act. Emotional Support Animals and other non-service animals are not covered by the ADA and are not allowed inside, in the Orchard, or in the Cafe.
