Can I build custom gifts? Yes, but please call to place order with a customer service representative for accurate product arrival.
The item I ordered was not what I received: We do our best to contact our customers when a product is out of stock. We feel it is best to send a substitute instead of delaying delivery of the gift to the recipient. When this occurs the majority of our clientèle chose to send a substitute. Our policy is stated on the website and in our catalog as follows:If the item of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standards for quality, we may choose to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
What do I do with perishable items upon delivery? Please remove items from packaging and store in refrigerator until consumption. Items may be re-heated according to directions on package.
Will there be an invoice in the package? We do not include any invoices or receipts in the packages. When you place your order online you will receive a receipt via email once your order is complete or you may print your ordering page with confirmation.
What are the hours of the shipping department? Monday through Friday 8:AM-4:PM During the holiday season(October-December) we are available Monday through Sunday 8:00-5:00 for your convience and gift buying assistance.
Our shipping charges are calculated by distance and weight.
Processing and Delivery:
Why do I have to pay extra for express delivery over the normal shipping and handling charges? The express shipping charges are in addition to the standard ground service. The standard ground service charge covers the cost of packaging and processing the order. The express charges are what we must pay our carrier to deliver the package via express.
